Zovo PDF Sign
Put a visible signature, initials and a date on your own PDF.
Zovo PDF Sign places a signature, initials, a date and short text on a PDF document you attach. It finds the signature, initials, date and name lines for you. Draw your signature on the pad or type your name. You get a signed copy to download, and the tool checks that each mark is in the file. It is a visible mark, not a certified digital signature: there is no certificate, no identity check and no audit trail.
What it does
- Finds lines labelled Signature, Sign here, Signed, Initials, Date and Name, blank ____ lines and empty signature fields
- Draw a signature on a pad (mouse or touch) or type a name in an italic font
- Initials and a date in the format you choose, from your own date
- Places marks at a found spot or at a page and position you give
- Checks the signed copy: each mark is counted on its page and typed text is read back
- Optional flatten of form fields so their values print
Try asking
“Find where I need to sign in this lease PDF”
“Sign this PDF as Jane Doe on the signature line and add today's date”
“Put my initials JD on the Initials line of this contract”
Limitations
- Not a certified digital signature: no certificate, identity check or audit trail
- Label search needs selectable text; for a scanned PDF give the page and position
- Typed names in CJK, Arabic, Hebrew or other non-Latin scripts outside Latin, Greek and Cyrillic must be drawn on the pad
- Password-protected PDFs must be saved without the password first; up to 15 MB and 300 pages
